Zhang Huichun is a professor at Sun Yat-sen University. He received his B.S. from Wuhan University in 2002 and his Ph.D. from Sun Yat-sen University in 2011, where he has worked since then and became a professor in 2018. His research focuses on geometric analysis on nonsmooth spaces, Alexandrov geometry, geometry-related PDEs, and geometric rigidity.
